Katarzyna Radej

She is a biotechnologist by profession, and an implementer and a Project Manager by passion. She graduated with honors from the Gdansk University of Technology. She has over 10 years of professional experience, which she gained in Poland and internationally at manufacturing and service companies, first as a Research Scientist in the laboratories and later at managing positions. As a biotechnologist, she specializes in molecular diagnostics, and during the first years of her career, she developed and implemented products for in vitro medical diagnostics (Myconostica Ltd., UK) and scientific research (Blirt S.A.). For the last 6 years, after completing the relevant postgraduate studies, she has been developing professionally in the field of project management, in small biotechnology companies (Blirt JSC, Genloxa Ltd.), and a large corporation (Polpharma JSC). She is currently completing her third postgraduate study at the Gdansk University of Technology, this time in the field of quality management, as continuous improvement of quality standards and processes’ optimization has always been her unfulfilled professional dream.

Katarzyna Radej has comprehensive experience covering both research and development, managing a multidisciplinary project teams, market research, feasibility and financial profitability analysis of projects, as well as obtaining financing for projects.
