A graduate of biotechnology at the Faculty of Biology and Earth Sciences at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. He completed his doctoral studies in 2016, at the Department of Gynecology and Gynecological Endocrinology at the Medical University of Lublin, where he dealt with the differentiation of bone marrow stem cells into pancreatic islet cells. His doctoral dissertation was awarded in the competition for the best doctoral thesis defended at the Medical University of Lublin in 2016-2017. In 2017-2019, he worked as an assistant professor at the Department of Gene Expression at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań and took part in the NCN OPUS 11 project "Influence of FUS protein mutations correlated with ALS disease on U7 snRNP activity and expression of conservative core histones in human cells".
He has been employed in the Laboratory for Cell Research and Application of the Medical University of Warsaw since January 2020 as a Biologist.
